The UpToDate Product Management team brings to market new features, products and services that support the UpToDate and Wolters Kluwer Health corporate strategies. In partnership with customers and other departments, this team manages the complete product lifecycle, including research, design, testing, development, launch and analysis. They are strategic, innovative and customer-focused.
The Institutional Sales group is responsible for the worldwide nurturing of institutional customer relationships, driving new customer acquisition and providing world-class customer training services.
Marketing’s mission is to ensure that every clinician in the world has access to the only evidenced-based clinical decision support resource associated with improved outcomes. Marketing team members create, communicate and deliver value to healthcare practitioners and institutions via outstanding marketing programs.
The Technology team engineers, develops and supports the company’s web, installed and services-based technologies. With stand-alone and integrated solutions on multiple platforms, this team works to deliver technology that exceeds the expectations of clinicians and other health care providers around the world. Using the Agile Methodology framework, teams work closely on defining, building and testing new capabilities in short iterations. This enables the company to be flexible and quick to market as healthcare technology and customer needs evolve.”
The Editorial team plays an essential role in creating UpToDate content. Our physician Deputy Editors review the medical literature, edit clinical topics and work with our authors to write recommendations. Editorial Assistants manage the peer review process and correspond with our external contributors, while our Graphics team creates original figures, tables and illustrations to supplement the content.
Finance & Human Resources
The Finance department is responsible for driving key finance processes among business and operational departments, including revenue and expense forecasting, budgeting and multi-year strategic planning. Human Resources oversees employee benefits, talent acquisition, performance management and organizational development.
The Customer Operations team strives to exceed the expectations of our customers by providing top-quality customer service, technical support and order processing and fulfillment.
