引言

血管环是主动脉弓的先天性畸形,可导致气管支气管树和/或食管受到压迫,引起呼吸系统和胃肠道症状。血管环可分为完全性血管环(即气管和食管完全被血管畸形所包绕)和不完全性血管环(即气管和食管未被完全包绕)。

解剖学

主动脉弓的发育始于胚胎形成的第4周,由成对的背主动脉和6对对称成对的弓动脉发育而来。在接下来数周的胚胎发育中,这些结构会重塑和重排,形成正常的左位主动脉弓[1,2]。
