引言

通过一根由生物相容性材料制成的导管将透析液移入和移出腹腔来实施腹膜透析,其中导管放置在连接无菌腹膜与外界非无菌环境的隧道中。因此,隧道、出口处及腹膜易发生由多种原因导致的细菌感染并不奇怪,这些原因包括导管细菌定植、连接透析液袋时可能造成的污染或出口处或者导管隧道的感染。
