引言

阴道前壁脱垂描述的是阴道前壁支持结构异常。阴道前壁脱垂通常并存其他解剖位置的脱垂(阴道顶端、阴道后壁)[1-3]。现在普遍认为阴道壁不同部位的支持异常有一个共同的发病机制，而不是像之前那样着眼于孤立的解剖位置结构。如果合并有阴道顶端脱垂，在阴道前壁脱垂修补手术时应一并修补[4]。

盆腔器官脱垂(pelvic organ prolapse, POP)影响数百万女性，在美国，每年为脱垂实施的住院手术约有200,000台[5,6]。截至到80-85岁，将有11%-19%的女性行脱垂或尿失禁手术治疗，其中30%需要额外的脱垂或尿失禁手术治疗[7]。
