引言

终末期肾病(end-stage renal disease, ESRD)患者的肾脏替代疗法通过透析(血液透析或腹膜透析)或肾移植完成。透析并不能真正、完全替代肾脏功能，但是，这种方式可清除代谢废物和多余的身体水分，并补充体内缓冲剂，患者的生命从而得以维持。
