引言

操作前的准备和评估

在进行消化道内镜操作的术前镇静前,应收集所有患者的病史并行体格检查,从而识别出可能会增加不良结局风险的因素。 (参见“胃肠内镜程序镇静的并发症”)

获取病史时应确定患者有无以下任何情况:

严重的心脏或肺部疾病
