引言

臀先露是指胎儿的臀部临近产道。臀先露主要分为以下三类:

单臀先露:胎儿双髋关节屈曲,双膝关节伸直,因而足部与胎儿头部接近(图 1)。足月时,约50%-70%的臀位胎儿处于此种状态。

完全臀先露:胎儿双膝关节及双髋关节均屈曲(图 2)。足月时,约5%-10%的臀位胎儿处于此种状态。

不完全臀先露:一侧或双侧髋关节完全屈曲(图 3)。足月时,约10%-40%的臀位胎儿为不完全臀先露。

以一足或双足先露称为足式臀位。罕见情况下,一膝或双膝先露,称为膝式臀位。
