补片暴露
临床表现与诊断 — 患者可能出现补片暴露、阴道出血、盆腔疼痛、性交痛或性交时伴侣感到不适[5,6]。有些患者自己能感觉到补片。极少数补片暴露的患者无症状。不同症状的出现率因手术指征(尿失禁 vs 脱垂)、补片的解剖位置(尿道下、阴道前壁、阴道顶端或阴道后壁)以及植入方式(经阴道补片 vs 补片套件)而异。最常见症状的出现率差异很大,但在至少10%的患者必然出现,这些症状包括[1,7-12]:
●盆腔或阴道疼痛
●补片暴露
●性交痛
