下肢体位性畸形

引言

体位性畸形是由正常胎儿环境改变产生的机械作用导致的异常,这种改变可限制胎儿活动和/或引起显著胎儿压迫[1]。而胎儿活动是正常肌肉骨骼发育所必需的,因此常出现肢体畸形。

出生畸形可分为以下几个表现:

颅面畸形包括舟状头畸形、斜头畸形、下颌不对称、面部平坦、鼻中隔偏曲、耳部畸形及颅缝早闭。 (参见“颅缝早闭的概述”,关于‘头颅畸形的分类’一节)

先天性斜颈。 (参见“先天性肌性斜颈”)

先天性脊柱侧凸。
