毛发扁平苔藓(lichen planopilaris, LPP)是一种少见的炎症性头皮疾病,临床特点是毛囊周围红斑、毛囊角化过度和永久性脱发。这些病变有共同的病理特征,且临床表现常同时存在,因而LPP被认为是一种毛囊型扁平苔藓。 (参见“扁平苔藓”)
LPP分为3种临床变异型:
●经典LPP
●前额纤维化性秃发(frontal fibrosing alopecia, FFA)
●Graham-Little-Piccardi-Lasseur综合征(Graham-Little综合征, GLPLS)
