引言
发生关节炎的关节如果受到过度应力和过重的负担会加重炎症及退变,因此所有慢性关节病变患者都应接受关节保护原则的相关教育[1]。下肢关节保护的目标是避免易损伤关节/组织受到过度负荷,预防反复扭伤及劳损,减少疼痛和炎症,从而保护关节完整性。
通过教育患者、改善行为、节约能量;在特定病例中使用矫形器械、夹板,适应性装置,以及在下肢保护病例中选择合适的鞋子,是获得关节保护的最佳方法。保守治疗包括预防性治疗,关节保护是预防性关节治疗的基础。

关节保护的原则
