引言

皮肌炎(dermatomyositis, DM)和多发性肌炎(polymyositis, PM)属于特发性炎性肌病。间质性肺疾病(interstitial lung disease, ILD)是DM或PM患者发生并发症和死亡的一个主要原因。ILD评估的一般方法参见其他专题。 (参见“成人间质性肺疾病的诊断方法：临床评估”和“成人间质性肺疾病诊断方法：诊断性试验”)
