引言

定义

慢性胰腺炎是一种胰腺进行性纤维炎性病程,导致永久性结构损害,从而引起外分泌和内分泌功能受损[5]。

根据其基础形态可将慢性胰腺炎分为:伴或不伴钙化的大导管型和小导管型。

急性胰腺炎和慢性胰腺炎的区别

急性胰腺炎是对胰腺损伤的急性炎症反应,通常是非进展性的。急性胰腺炎反复发作则可能随时间推移导致慢性胰腺炎。慢性胰腺炎和急性胰腺炎可通过几个特征区分。
