引言

内镜下逆行胰胆管造影(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, ERCP)是一种内镜技术，该技术通过特殊的上消化道侧视内镜引导进入十二指肠，使操作器械到达胆管和胰管。通过注入对比剂使得胆管和胰管显影并可对它们进行多种干预治疗。ERCP的操作相对复杂，需要有专用设备，并且医生需要一个长期的学习过程才能熟练掌握。ERCP对胆道和胰腺疾病的治疗虽然是微创的，但与其他常规内镜技术相比，发生严重并发症的可能性更高。
