引言
多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome, PCOS)是最常导致女性不孕的原因[1],通常在青春期出现明显表现,主要特征是排卵功能障碍和雄激素过多症。该综合征在临床表现和生化指标上都存在个体差异。PCOS的诊断会对患者带来终生影响,他们的代谢综合征和2型糖尿病风险出现增加,心血管疾病及子宫内膜癌的风险可能也会增加。只要青春期女孩主诉多毛症、难治性痤疮、月经不规律或肥胖,就应考虑PCOS。
本文将介绍疑似PCOS青少年的诊断性评估。青少年PCOS的其他事宜将单独总结:
