早产临产和早产概述

引言

早产是指在妊娠37周之前发生分娩。早产之前并不一定会经历早产临产。虽然足月妊娠的定义为妊娠37周至41+6周，但妊娠37周至38+6周这段时间应视为“早期足月(early term)”，因为在此孕龄范围内分娩的新生儿其新生儿并发症发病率及死亡率要高于妊娠39周至40+6周时分娩的“足月”新生儿[1,2]。

分类 — 早产亚型的分类各有不同。

根据孕龄分类[3]：

●中晚期早产：32周至未满37周

●晚期早产：34周至36+6周
