丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis C virus, HCV)的诊断性试验可分为2大类:
●检测丙肝抗体的血清学检查
●HCV核糖核酸(ribonucleic acid, RNA)定性或定量的分子学检查
其他检查,如基因型检测、血清纤维化系列检查和肝活组织检查都可能有助于预测疗效和预后。
