引言

Oddi括约肌是穿过十二指肠壁的胆总管末端和胰管末端汇合处环绕的肌肉结构(图 1)。Oddi括约肌功能障碍(sphincter of Oddi dysfunction, SOD)这一术语被用来描述与Oddi括约肌机械性或功能性异常相关的胆道或胰腺梗阻的临床综合征。

关于SOD的文献常常因为命名的不同而解读起来较困难[1]。乳头狭窄、硬化性乳头炎、胆道痉挛、胆道运动障碍和胆囊切除术后综合征这些术语曾被用作SOD的同义词。尽管这些术语来源混乱,但根据不同的致病机制,两种独立的病理疾病得到广泛公认[2,3]。
