引言
急性胰腺炎是胰腺的急性炎症性过程。有剧烈急性上腹痛的患者应怀疑急性胰腺炎,但需要有生化或放射学证据才能确诊。

分类
急性胰腺炎被分为以下类型:
●轻度急性胰腺炎,其特点为没有出现器官衰竭,无局部或全身性并发症
●中重度急性胰腺炎,其特点为短暂性器官衰竭(48小时内缓解)和/或局部或全身性并发症,而不伴持续性器官衰竭(>48小时)
