引言
手部湿疹或手部皮炎是一种累及手部皮肤的常见炎症性疾病[1]。慢性手部湿疹一词适用于持续超过3个月或者在12个月内复发2次或多次的湿疹[2]。典型临床表现包括发红、皮肤增厚、脱屑、水肿、起水疱、角化过度区域、开裂(皲裂)和糜烂。
手部湿疹是最常见的职业皮肤病,尤其是在暴露于“湿作业”的工作者中,例如医务人员、食物处理人员和美发人员。手部湿疹可以造成严重的经济后果,包括医疗成本,与活动不便、员工补偿和康复相关的成本,误工,以及失业[3]。严重手部湿疹会影响患者的心理社会功能和总体幸福感。
