引言
在全球范围内，腿部溃疡问题日益严重，已经成为重大的医疗保健负担。腿部溃疡患者接受不同专科临床医生的诊治，包括初级保健、血管外科、整形外科、足病科、创伤治疗科或皮肤科。
腿部溃疡是一种可由多种病因导致的身体表现，而不是一种疾病诊断(表 1)。因此，明确病因对于选择合适的治疗和确定进一步评估的需求而言非常重要。腿部溃疡最常见的病因是静脉功能不全、动脉功能不全和神经病性病变(表 2)。
