引言

流行病学
在美国,大部分与TSCI相关的人口统计学和流行病学数据已由脊髓损伤模型诊疗系统收集,并由美国国家脊髓损伤统计中心发布[2]。在美国,TSCI的发生率约为每年40例/1,000,000人,截至2005年7月,美国TSCI的幸存患者数约为250,000例。加拿大报告了相近的数据[3]。
