引言

我们该如何拉近与患者的关系?有3种策略关注于患者所定义的患者需求和关注,这些策略可帮助维持和充实医患关系:

在临床实践中,临床医生应有序而系统地将每名患者视为一个独特的个体。我们在医学院所学习到的是器官特异性的系统回顾,而“患者评价”则具体阐明了每一位患者的偏好、价值观和需求,故患者评价可作为系统回顾的补充[1,2]。

临床医生应将目光放在其所有的患者身上,并使用调查工具和其他工具,这些工具将邀请患者全面地报告其临床体验。这种反馈可以提供关于医生个人实践的重要方面的有效且可靠的信息,并可将其与地区性和全国性的患者体验相比较[3,4]。

临床医生和患者可以共享信息,并一起参与制定治疗计划。受益于快速传播的电子信息记录,以及越来越多地伴随着电子健康记录的安全患者门户(即,让患者与其医疗保健提供者进行即时交流的在线软件),临床医生与患者达成一致正快速变得更为可行。
